Refund policy
Returns:
Change of Mind: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ember.adv@gmail.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you've received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping:
Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: Ember will cover the return shipping costs. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label upon request.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
